We will respond as quickly as we can to let you know how we can help or what products we can offer.

As opposed to an Online shop, we are not automated and prefer to deal with our customers individually so that they get good service and are able to ask all the questions they may have. Once the order is confirmed, we send you a quote/ invoice and once accepted you will need to make payment into our bank account (we will send you all the necessary details for EFT or direct deposit) before you can get your goods. Once paid, goods can be collected from our store or alternatively we can send them to you via the post office or courier (there is a delivery cost).
